"My experience shooting numerous weddings over the years has given me the ability to anticipate and capture those fleeting moments that occur throughout the wedding day.."

I love stories, especially a great love story. Ever since I was a child, when I borrowed my dad's Canon AE-1 Program 35mm camera, I was immediately hooked on the visual medium. I studied at USC's prestigious School of Cinema-Television where I learned the art and craft of creating a story with moving images. After spending several years in the film industry, I reconnected with the immediacy of the still image and became a professional photographer.

For me, weddings are like making movies. There's a structure that is all planned out ahead of time. We know the scenes that will take place, but the moment the camera starts rolling, the people in front of it can give you magic. Most weddings share a similar structure and flow, but it is the people and their relationships that make each wedding unique and special.

My training in film continues to influence how I use light and composition in my work to this day. My experience shooting numerous weddings over the years has given me the ability to anticipate and capture those fleeting moments that occur throughout the wedding day - like when a mother sees her daughter for the first time in her wedding dress, when a few words spoken during the ceremony or toasts can bring tears to everyone's eye, or when a father beams with overwhelming joy and pride that his child is now married.

I'm tremendously grateful to have a wonderful family that love and support me and I've been honored many times over to have brides and grooms entrust me with their wedding day. I love that my creative vision and dedication to serve my clients has brought so much joy to their lives and their families. I promise if you hire me as your photographer, I will strive to create images that you will love to share and pass down for generations to come.
